Where are you and can I make an appointment to see?
We are in Warwick, New York, and we welcome you to visit our showroom. Please send an email to us to set something up. We do recommend you look through our inventory first.
How do I reserve items for rental?
We have set up a shopping cart so you reserve items and pay. The items give quantity available for each item as well as variations if applicable. Once paid, the items are reserved for you for the 6 days of the rental.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel the rentals 45 days prior to event date. Cancellations 4 weeks before the event will incur fees equal to half the cost paid. No refunds will be given 3 weeks prior to the event. You may make substitutions of equal value items and add to your order only until 2 weeks before the event date.
Do you have a minimum order for delivery?
We have a $600 minimum order for delivery within 20 miles of us. Delivery does not include set up or breakdown and is limited to one address. Items must be packed and ready for pick up at the agreed time.
Can I pick up items instead of delivery?
Some items can be picked up and dropped back off, it depends on the item. Smaller items and less fragile we may allow pick up, please inquire once you have completed your order.
How long is the rental period?
Depending on the day of the week, the items will be reserved for you 2 days before the event date and 2 days after the event date. Late fee will be charged at 20% per day after the rental period.
What is the fee for non-returned, damaged or lost items?
Our items are inspected before and after the rental. Items not returned to us or those pieces that are damaged or broken, the replacement fee on the original agreement will be charged. This includes our crates, tubs or any other packaging materials you were given. Please note, depending on the item the cost could be up to 10 times the rental fee.
Do I wash the items before returning?
We expect the items to be scraped clean of all food and packed back in our crates. Do not use a dishwasher on our items. We request the candle Holders have the candles removed before return.
